Mobile and Tablet Access
You can access basic features on tablets and larger smartphones. The interface adjusts automatically, though some advanced charting functions work best on desktop screens.
For iOS devices, we support Safari on iPad running iOS 15 or newer. Android tablets with Chrome browser version 110 or later work well for most analysis tasks.
Portrait mode works fine for reviewing reports. But when you're building complex financial models or comparing multiple datasets, landscape orientation on a tablet gives you more room.
Network and Connection Requirements
Minimum Bandwidth:
5 Mbps download speed for smooth operation
Recommended Speed:
10 Mbps or higher for real-time data updates

Security and Browser Settings
JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. The platform relies on it for interactive charts and real-time calculations. Most browsers have this turned on by default.
Cookies need to be allowed for our domain to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We don't use tracking cookies from third parties.
Pop-up blockers should allow windows from docnetdrive.com so you can download reports and export data files without issues. You can usually add us as an exception in your browser settings.
