Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We'll provide it in a commonly used electronic format within 30 days. There's no charge for your first request in a calendar year.
Right to Correction
Found an error in your account details or uploaded the wrong document? You can update most information directly through your account dashboard. For other corrections, contact our support team at [email protected].
Right to Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We'll process this within 15 days, though some information may need to be retained for legal compliance (like payment records for tax purposes).
Right to Data Portability
Want to take your financial analysis data elsewhere? We'll provide your uploaded documents and generated reports in standard formats that other services can read.
Right to Object
You can object to certain types of data processing, including marketing communications or automated decision-making that affects you. We'll respect your objection unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
Right to Restrict Processing
In some situations, you can ask us to temporarily limit how we use your data while we resolve a concern you've raised.
