Terms of Use

Effective Date: January 8, 2025

Welcome to DocNetDrive. By accessing or using our financial analysis platform at docnetdrive.com, you're agreeing to these terms. They're here to protect both of us and make sure everyone knows what to expect.

These terms apply to all users of our service, whether you're browsing casually or using our full analysis tools. If something doesn't make sense, reach out before you continue using the platform.

1. Acceptance and Modifications

Using our platform means you accept these terms in full. We might update them from time to time as our service evolves or regulations change. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated effective date.

Major changes will be communicated through email to registered users at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.

2. Service Description

DocNetDrive provides financial analysis presentation tools for businesses operating in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Our platform helps you visualize and understand financial data through various analytical frameworks.

What we offer:

  • Access to financial analysis presentation tools and templates
  • Data visualization capabilities for financial metrics
  • Secure document storage and management systems
  • Report generation based on uploaded financial information
  • Technical support through our help desk during business hours

Our service depends on data you provide. We analyze and present that information, but we don't verify its accuracy or provide financial advice based on it.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Registration Requirements

To access certain features, you need to create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Account Usage Rules

Your account is for your use only. Don't share credentials with others or let anyone else access your account. You're liable for all activity that happens under your login.

Account holders must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter binding agreements. If you're registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our platform for legitimate business analysis purposes only. There are some things we absolutely can't allow:

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or anything that could harm our systems or other users
  • Attempting to access parts of the platform you're not authorized to use
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or trying to extract our source code
  • Using automated systems to scrape data without written permission
  • Uploading content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Sharing false or misleading financial information intentionally
  • Using the service to facilitate illegal activities or money laundering
  • Reselling access to our platform without a written partnership agreement

Breaking these rules can result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. In serious cases, we'll report violations to relevant authorities.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all financial data and documents you upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that data solely to provide our services to you.

We take data security seriously and use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. You should maintain your own backup copies of important documents.

Our detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which works alongside these terms. We don't sell your data to third parties, period.

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Billing Cycles

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select—monthly, quarterly, or annually. Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing period. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After that initial period, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We might adjust pricing as our service grows. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase affects their account. You can cancel before the new rate takes effect if you prefer.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on our platform—the code, design, logos, templates, and analytical tools—belongs to DocNetDrive or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

You can use our tools and templates as part of your subscription, but you can't copy them, modify them, or use them outside our platform. Analysis reports you generate are yours to use as you see fit.

If you believe someone has infringed your copyright through our platform, contact us with details and we'll investigate promptly.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Financial Advice

Let's be crystal clear: we provide analysis tools, not financial advice. Our platform helps you visualize and understand data, but we don't recommend specific investments or financial strategies.

Always consult qualified financial advisors before making significant business decisions. Our analysis is only as good as the data you provide, and results can vary based on countless factors we can't control.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control might cause temporary disruptions.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that our platform will meet your specific needs or that it will be error-free. Use it at your own discretion.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, DocNetDrive's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our service won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This applies even if we've been told such damages are possible.

9. Termination Rights

Your Right to Cancel

You can close your account anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Our Right to Terminate

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms our service or other users. We'll usually warn you first unless the violation is severe.

After termination, you have 30 days to download your data. After that, we may delete it permanently as part of our regular data management process.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Thai law, specifically the laws applicable in Songkhla Province where our office is located. Any disputes will be handled through Thai courts, though we strongly prefer to resolve issues through direct discussion first.

If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, either party can pursue formal legal action. You agree to handle any claims individually—no class actions or representative proceedings.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with certain third-party services like payment processors and cloud storage providers. Those services have their own terms, which you should review. We're not responsible for how third parties handle their part of the service.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We don't endorse or control those sites and aren't liable for their content or practices.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control—natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, internet outages, or other force majeure events. We'll notify you if such situations significantly affect our service delivery.

13. General Provisions

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the service. They replace any prior agreements or understandings, written or verbal.

You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We can transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, such as during a merger or acquisition.
